You are welcome to ask this question, and there can be many answers to it, but I will leave the answer to the specialists in this topic and here is one answer in defense of not mixing between sexes:

4ـ اختلاط النساء بالرجال فإن المرأة إذا رأت نفسها مساوية للرجلفي كشف الوجه والتجول سافرة لم يحصل منها حياءٌ ولا خجل من مزاحمة الرجال ، وفي ذلكفتنة كبيرة وفساد عريض ، فقد أخرج الترمذي (5272) عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ أَبِيأُسَيْدٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّىاللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ وَهُوَ خَارِجٌ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ فَاخْتَلَطَالرِّجَالُ مَعَ النِّسَاءِ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُعَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلنِّسَاءِ اسْتَأْخِرْنَ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَكُنَّ أَنْتَحْقُقْنَ الطَّرِيقَ ، عَلَيْكُنَّ بِحَافَّاتِ الطَّرِيقِ . فَكَانَتْالْمَرْأَةُ تَلْتَصِقُ بِالْجِدَارِ حَتَّى إِنَّ ثَوْبَهَا لَيَتَعَلَّقُبِالْجِدَارِ مِنْ لُصُوقِهَا بِهِ" حسنه الألباني في صحيح الجامع ( 929)

Thank you indeed for allowing me to ask a question on a forum,and will you excuse me for contradicting you. My question cannot be answered in 'many ways'. You could have replied with a yes or a no,but you chose a void answer instead.

Was being associated with homosexuals in essence why you tried to avoid a (painful) question,given your religion?


PS: If there wouldn't be any mixing of sexes,humanity (and many other species) wouldn't exist.
